当館は2019年10月の台風による被害を受け、現在休館とさせて頂いております。
休館により、皆様には多大なご迷惑をお掛けし、大変申し訳ございません。

強羅花扇は、幸いお部屋など、建物には被害はなかったのですが、
浸水により設備系統がすべて壊れてしまい、営業ができない日々が続いております。
現在復旧に向けてスタッフ一丸となって、作業しております。
これまでもたくさんのご支援、応援メッセージや励ましのお言葉を頂戴し、本当にありがとうございます。
おかげさまで少しずつではございますが、前進しており、
設備関係の段取りも目安がついて参りました。

そしてようやく、営業再開日を決定することができました！
2020年1月21日　火曜日　のご宿泊より営業を再開させて頂きます。
本年内の復旧が間に合わず、大変申し訳ございません。
まだまだ道半ばですが、1月21日の再開にむけてスタッフ一同頑張って参ります。
再開した暁には、精一杯感謝の気持ちを忘れずに努力して参りますので、
今後とも何卒よろしくお願い致します。

Due to Typhoon Hagibis that struck Japan on October 2019, Gora Hanaougi was forced to temporarily cease all business operation caused by the damage. We are terribly sorry for unable to accommodate many of the guests that already made a reservation with us.

Fortunately, there are no real damage to the rooms and the building of Gora Hanaougi.
The damaged areas were mostly the machines that is required to run the facility smoothly.
The machines were submerged in flood and we have no choice to replace all of them.
Currently we are focusing most of our staff for the renovation work.
We are very thankful for the warm messages and support that we received from all of you.
Without it, I doubt that the renovation will not be able to progress smoothly.

And with this notice, we are glad that we are able to announce our reopen date!
The reopen date has been set to Tuesday, 21st January 2020. All reservations starting from that date is now open!
We are very sorry for unable to open before new years as we have promised before.
We are still halfway through our reservation, but we assure you that we will be able to reopen Gora Hanaougi starting from 21st January 2020. All of our staff is working tirelessly to meet your expectations.
